The brand Geschwister May GmbH & Co. KG, a leading textile company on the Upper Rhine, stands for first-class shopping experiences. A new loyalty program, based on high-quality loyalty cards, offers exclusive benefits and services for regular customers. May GmbH has commissioned All About Cards with the production of the cards and the realization of the corresponding mailing.

Great attention was paid to the optical matching of all individual components. The program is divided into two levels: "Gold" and "Platinum"- thus cards and mailing are designed in the responding color. Plastic cards, cover letters and envelopes as well as folding cards and booklets are decorated with precious metallic colors and result in a consistent, meaningful set.

Exclusivity down to the last detail

The matt black cards with metallic screen print look particularly classy and stand for the exclusivity that May customers enjoy. The back is personalized with customer name, number and barcode. Part of the personalization was done directly in the production. The card personalization for new customers is done by May GmbH independently. For this purpose, All About Cards has supplied May GmbH with matching Zebra card printers.

The customer receives a folding card plus cover letter delivered in a letter envelope. The respective packaging and address management was organized by All About Cards. In the envelope, customers will also find a 24-page booklet listing all relevant information. With May Platinum and May Gold, the customer receives special services such as private shopping, free drinks during their shopping trip, monthly exclusive items or invitations for exclusive events. When reaching Platinum-level, May customers are offered reimbursement of parking fees, birthday vouchers or a free change service.
