ADAC GT Masters

It is one of the biggest and best-known racing series in Germany and Europe: the ADAC GT Masters. Motorsports fans from all over Europe have been meeting regularly at the various venues since 2007 to experience the driver elite, fast race cars and exciting competitions. For example, at the Red Bull Ring near Spielberg (Austria), at Circuit Zandvoort (Netherlands), and of course at the historic classic circuits such as the Nürburgring, Lausitzring, Sachsenring and at Hockenheim.

Complex and elaborate card production

A race series with so many different venues and participants is not easy to organise. For example, there are a large number of different access areas at the ADAC GT Masters, from the race control to the pit lane, from the media centre to the paddock or the grandstands.

When working with All About Cards, these requirements resulted in a complex order for the production of 71,000 personal tickets and parking passes (to hang on the rear-view mirror). The number of different motifs: around 130, because many things have to be recognisable at a glance. Standard or VIP ticket? Which venue? Which area? Valid for the whole race weekend or individual days?

In addition, many ticket types have been specially refined with prints in shiny silver to increase security against counterfeiting. 

With an eye for detail and great precision, it was possible to implement all the requirements within a fairly tight time frame. All tickets and passes were printed and dispatched on time. In addition to the tickets and passes for the ADAC GT Masters, All About Cards also realises the tickets for other ADAC racing series such as the German Rally Championship and the ADAC Kart Masters.
